Eco friendly serviced suites in restored Georgian townhouses
DESCRIPTION
The Edinburgh Residence occupies three beautiful Georgian townhouses boasting majestic wood panelling and sweeping staircases, hallmarks of an original period home. It is situated in the city’s West End, close to the financial district and main shopping area.
This is a collection of 29 luxury town house suites, each far more spacious than most five star hotel rooms, which has been described as one of the finest luxury hotels in Scotland.
It provides exceptional serviced accommodation. Each suite is totally individual in design and atmosphere with striking burr walnut and cherry wood furniture and each houses an Armoire containing a microwave, mini-bar and preparation area, making it perfect for long term business and family stays. The generously sized bathrooms house huge bathtubs and large separate showers and some have a spa bath.
Private dining is offered in the suites with 24-hour room service as an alternative to using the self-catering facilities. The restaurant at The Bonham, a sister property, is just moments away.
There are also opportunities to purchase time-ownership.
