The Falmouth Beach Resort Hotel is situated right on the water’s edge by the beautiful Gyllyngvase Beach in Falmouth. It has uninterrupted views across the bay and is surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery in Cornwall.

Many of the 120 bedrooms have sea views. They have all the amenities to be expected of a comfortable holiday and conference hotel: en suite facilities, satellite TV, radio, phone, internet access, desk, coffee/tea maker and hair drier.

Sandpipers Restaurant offers a choice of English or Continental Breakfasts with hot and cold buffets. In the evening diners can choose from the table d'hote and carvery menus. Alternatively informal bistro-style meals are available in the Feathers Bar.

There is a state of the art indoor pool, a separate splash pool for children and waterfalls and fountains plus a sauna, Jacuzzis, steam room and spa facilities. In addition there are tennis courts, a fitness suite and beauty salon. There is a sun terrace, garden and lounge for residents’ use.

Self catering accommodation is also available with two apartments and a cottage, all well equipped and located in the grounds.

The hotel’s environmental policy outlines its commitment to responsible and sustainable environmental management.

For instance it says it will take all practical measures to reduce waste by adopting an “eliminate, reduce, recycle” approach. It will manage energy through reduced consumption and greater efficiency. And it will encourage the use of public transport, cycling and walking for staff and guests alike.

In order to reduce food miles, support the local economy and provide the freshest food possible the restaurant uses local seasonal produce. The fish is predominantly caught in Cornish waters and has not left the county once on its journey to the plate. The meat is also sourced locally and the fruit, vegetables and herbs are from suppliers in Falmouth and Hayle. Dairy products are made locally. Self catering guests are also encouraged to choose local produce over supermarket fare during their stay.
